- Jersey Boys (2005 Original Broadway Cast Recording)
Jersey Boys: The Story of Frankie Valli & the Four Seasons
Full-color companion book to the Broadway musical. All-new interviews with the band members; the shows unabridged libretto; interviews with the shows cast, writers, and director; over 200 photos from the band members personal collections and rarely seen memorabilia. |
From the mean streets of Jersey to American Bandstand, this is the thrilling story of how a group of blue-collar boys from the wrong side of the tracks became the biggest doo-wop sensation of all time: The Four Seasons. Using their legendary music, two-time Tony Award winner Des McAnuff brings to life the exciting early days of rock-and-roll, and the price of fame for four guys who had nothing and everything to lose. Narrated in turn by each of the band members, the show makes clear there are different sides to the story.
Audition Preparation Suggestions for Jersey Boys
