Visitors submit information to the audition material database and audition listings with the intention of adding information to these public databases. However, no personal information is required.

Any information that is collected via e-mail or form (including our mailing list) is used for the continual maintenance of this website and will not be sold or shared with any other person or company.

The Bulletin Board is moderated and posts containing personal information or soliciting personal information will be removed. While an e-mail address is required to register, this can be made private by setting your member preferences.

For the King/Queen of Broadway Vocal Competition and other contests, only names and bios are publically available on the site. E-mail and mailing addresses are used only for correspondance related to the contest.
