Soo I didn't get Eliza. :( But hey I put up a good fight! I got offered a lead ensemble role (has a bunch of solo singing) but I turned it down. I want to focus on doing a good job in my first lead role at this company for Belle in Beauty and the Beast (albeit a childrens theatre production). And there are some other things in the pipeline, waiting to hear back from an "Into the Woods" production and got an audition next week for "Crazy for you" at another company.

Meanwhile my vocal coach got me to hit a high D yesterday!! So she immediately says we're studying "Poor Wandering One" from Pirates of Penzance! She's been saying for weeks I need to start studying operettas so I'm excited!
