my name is penelope and i have been dancing since i was 2, my mom said that i was the only one who even danced instead of crying! i have taken tap, ballet, and jazz since i was 2, but i never got to do competition, because i do theatre. i do theatre at this place [i won't say the name so my mom doesn't freak out about me getting kidnapped!] and it's community theatre, but we have really great sets and we rent professional costumes and wigs and we all get mics, so it's not like doing REAL community theatre. i have been taking voice since i was 5, and i have a pretty good range, i guess, but i preder to belt. i've played molly is annie, dorothy in the wizard of oz, brigitta in the sound of music, chip in beauty and the beast, annie in annie warbucks, becky thatcher in tom sawyer, kathy cratchit in scrooge, maid marion in robin hood, cinderella in cinderella, eponine in les miserables, kim in bye bye birdie, isabelle in scrooge, glinda in the wizard of oz, maria in west side story, leisl in the sound of music, reenie in the dark at the top of the stairs, emily in our town, dainty june in gypsy, and most recently belle in beauty and the beast. i have a twin brother names jackson and he does all the plays with me, most of the time playing my "opposite", i know it's kind of gross! well, anyways, that's me!
