Urg... I am NOT looking forward to THAT feeling again! I'm in my first show in years and I know I'm going to be SO SAD when it's all over and I have to go back to "real life"... hee hee! Hang in there! July will be here sooner than you think! In the mean while you can watch reality TV! I saw a thing the other day on MTV about a Legally Blonde reality show to find the next Elle Woods. That should at least feed the beast for a few weeks... In the meanwhile, practice, practice, practice!

PSD is the worst. suddenly finding your evenings free and nothing to do with them... I try to either pick up some extra voice lessons (to make up for what i had to miss for rehearsals) or dance classes or just hit the gym a lot. try to think of thinks you don't have time to do during a show (go see a movie, have drinks with friends, etc.) and enjoy getting to do them for a change. also keep your eye on auditions coming up. never hurts to look forward. smilies/wink.gif

Ugh. Seriously like Meg and Chris have already said, its everything us thespians go through! Just find little things to do that you usually wouldn't doing a show, and just keep practicing really! Also little reunions with cast mates is also a great way of distracting youself, simple things like going out or just chilling. Hang in there =]

ugh. PSD sucks. I joined the facebook group 'Don't talk to me, my show just ended and I'm slightly depressed' and started prepping for new auditions. I still miss my shows!

1st off, yayyy! I coined a term! to cope with PSD, I make sure all my freinds from the show are in my ell phone contacts, and I make sure we get chances to hang out together (we do a lot of random strabucks run then go to someone's house) and then I savor my chill time untill I get bored with it and strat obsessing over an upcoming audition!

What works for me is really getting into my training and easing my way back into the masses. Seriously, though, PSD bites. Still, it's an excuse to throw a cast party!
