Legally Blonde - 2007/07/01 18:33 Anyone else looking forward to the CD coming out as much as me? I haven't seen it (yet!), but I've seen clips on YouTube, and I'm pretty much loving it. Psalm 42:8

Re:Legally Blonde - 2007/07/02 14:19 At first I didn't like it very much, but I thought "Christian Borle is in it, so I'll give it a try." (He's one of my favorites.) It's grown on me. The more I listen to it the more I like it. Now the songs are stuck in my head and can't wait for the album! To thine own self be true, and it must follow, as the night the day, thou canst not then be false to any man.

Re:Legally Blonde - 2007/07/30 14:22 I like the Cast Recording, a lot. However, I like the original versions of "Omigod You Guys" and especially, "So Much Better" than the CD versions.

As for this show, love the cast. LBB is adorable, Borle is always cool, Orfeh is amazing, and Annaleigh Ashford is one of my favorites now!

Seeing the show next week, can't wait!

Re:Legally Blonde - 2007/08/23 17:14 lucky! That's one of the shows I wanted to see when I go to New York for Thanksgiving, but my mom was all, "I don't think that'll be aproprieate(sp)for Caroline"(that's my 7 year old sister) and yet she though she'd do well sitting there all that time for Les Miz! Hmmmmmm..... I Rent a Wicked apartment on Avenue Q! (Unfortunatly, it's haunted by a Phantom)

Re:Legally Blonde - 2007/08/23 23:43 i love that show!! the whole show is so...happy. a lot of broadway is depressing, but the only sad part in that is that she gets dumped in the beginning, but in the end she explains how that was really a good thing for her... i love the soundtrack, too. i disliked only two things about it. 1. the commercialism. if you're going to see it soon, watch out. they sneak a million brand names into it. i always hear the brand names (just habit) and after a while it really pissed me off. and 2. the gay jokes. there's one song, gay or european, which doesn't bother me on it's own; it's funny. but that in combination with all the gay jokes got me quite annoyed. but still, it's worth seeing. much much better than the movie. Re:Legally Blonde - 2007/09/29 11:14 i saw the show on august 25, and it was super amazingness! even my sister (who hates musical.... if i could divorce her, i would) loved it! I loved all the sets (especially at the beginning, with the sorority house.... the colors and lighting were awesome!), and the cast was phenominal!!! I swear, Andy Karl was hilarious as Kyle the UPS Guy!!! i wish i had a UPS guy like that..... ~ Kaitlin ~ Always Rockin The Boat ~

Favorite Shows: Young Frankenstein, Curtains, Little Shop of Horrors, The Producers
Dream Roles that I have NO CHANCE of Getting Because of Something i Have no control over: Ulla from the Producers or Inga from Young Frankenstein (neither tall nor blonde - such a shame too, because this is one of my favorite "character roles" to play), Igor from Young Frankenstein (i'm no man, no matter how many times i play one), Gary Coleman from Avenue Q (skin color)
