Favorite Musical: PHANTOM OF THE OPERA!!!!!!! As for more "happy" musicals i like BATB and Music Man (and lots of others, that i can't think of right now!)

My friends don't understand why I don't like Spring Awakening, Company, RENT, etc., but it's all because I see this stuff everyday in real life. Or if I don't see it, I certainly hear about it. I don't want to see real life on the stage, it's the reason why people GO to the theatre! To lose themselves in a sur-reality story and to be entertained, not to see their problems unfurling onstage.

I saw an episode of Scrubs and it was thee one where Patti Miller kept hearing music in her head and everyone was singing throughout the entire episode and I thought, I wish my hospital was like that. "Doctor Who, Doctor Who, does whatever a doctor can do.."
