very good pitch for a capella! i would like to make a few suggestions if you don't mind: a little more breath support should smooth out some of the pitch problems (accompaniment will probably do that, too, but your voice seems a little "thin" sometimes and you are either a little flat or a touch sharp-- more consistent breathing usually cures that kind of thing)-- more breath control will also make your sound fuller (i think you can have a "full" voice as opposed to a "thin" voice and still sound like a little girl); try to make it a little more your own, e.g. try not to do the british "accent"-- i can't remember the OBC b/c i usually listen to the French or the OCR-- you remind me of the little girl from the OCR; watch your Hs before vowels like in H'aren't, and watch your elisions like in aTall (at all)...
