I agree, I would never have the guts to post a video of me singing on YouTube! So brava for you 
Listening to your song, I heard a nice voice. But, I really don't think this was the best song choice for you. Especially since you're only 12 (trust me, I'm 13. I know ), belting is a lot harder than when your voice matures. So I personally think head-voice songs would show off your voice better than "No Good Deed". But since that song is hard, props to you for trying.
I would love to hear you sing something more suitable for your age and voice...maybe a ballad?

Anyway, I started taking lessons when I was about your age and it took me a good 2 years until I had even begun to truly understand what proper breathing was all about. By the time I was 18, I had a whole new voice, and I've continued taking lessons on and off ever since. I highly recommend it as a way to get to know your own abilities and improve your voice -- at any age. I'm still learning things now that I wish I had known before.
