Soprano/Alto Duet - 2008/04/24 14:21 We're having a senior recital for our Tri-Music Honor's Society and my friend and I want to do a song together. She's a very great Alto and me? A high soprano. We're trying to find something not too overdone (Sisters from White Christmas, Stepsisters Lament and nooo Wicked..please!) but fun and energized. We can both belt fairly well but definitely her better than me. The only thought i've had is How the Other Half Lives from Thoroughly Modern Millie. Do you guys have any?

Re:Soprano/Alto Duet - 2008/05/01 23:12 Maybe "In The Light Of The Virgin Morning" from Jane Eyre? It's a duet between Jane (Alto) and Blanche (Soprano). Both require really strong voices and its a great song. Name: Devyn

Re:Soprano/Alto Duet - 2008/05/02 15:24 I like the West Side Story suggestion. "A Boy Like That" is a great song. Also, what about "Marry the Man Today" from Guys and Dolls? That's a really fun song to sing and perform. music myspace:
