You shouldn't out your contact info on your resume- that'll be asked for on an audition form, and if they throw out your resume, anyone could pick it up.

Other than that, it look great! Auditioning for: Brigadoon, theatre season, American Music Theatre, Into the Woods, Sound of Music, and AMDA.
