I know how many water bottles I need to reach the amount of water I need for a day (for me I drink 4, 20 oz. water bottles a day). I take a water bottle with me everywhere I go, School, Rehersal, etc.

To increase my water intake, I always try to drink water with my meals, except for dinner, which has to be milk.To go into acting is like asking for admission to an insane asylum. Whenever I get thirsty, instead of pouring myself a drink, I drink it right out of the bottle. I find I drink more this way than filling up glass of water from the tap.To go into acting is like asking for admission to an insane asylum. Re:Center Stage Club Assignment #1 - 2007/01/01 15:51I have a major problem with drinking water, as I don't like it and I find it boring. But I have been making an effor this year because I know it's good for you. It's made easier by the fact that my school just lifted the water bottle ban, so we can now carry water with us. A lot of days, I find this helps me drink more water.
As for the audition book thing, what a great idea! I have binders for pretty much everythig else- music, scenes, monologues- but none for actual auditions. I'll have to get down to that.Auditioning for: Brigadoon, theatre season, American Music Theatre, Into the Woods, Sound of Music, and AMDA.

Then I fill it up at the water fountain between each class so I end up drinking enough water througout the day. Also when I'm at home, I tend to fill up glasses and only drink part of them and leave them sitting around the house, so whenever I pass them, I drink. On the audition binder, that's such a great idea. I have a binder for my music, but I can never find my monologues. I'm gonna make one as soon as I have a chance!-Georgia
