Reality the musical - HELP - 2008/03/22 19:32
Hey,
So i have an audition in two weeks for Reality the Musical with College. im going for the role of Billie, but i've no real idea how to play the scene ive been given. I've looked the show up on the internet and all the information i can find is that shes 18-21 and hoplessly in love with the main character. Her songs ive heard are also quite ballad-esk and belting so for my song im going to do the Wizard and I - since in the uk, and especially in my college, you're lucky if anyone has HEARD of wicked never mind it being "over-done".
But the scene ive been given, well... i don't know how to play her, i get the impression she's girly because of how i've heard her songs and the info ive found but the script talks about peter, the guy, saving her from drink and drugs....
SO... im all confused on how to play her for my audition - if anyone knows of any info about the show / character - i would be eternally grateful
