And as much as I hate making excuses, there is an AWFUL voice crack in there that I think needs explaining. This was on Saturday, after three full days of very strenuous singing at All State choir, and I was vocally exhausted. Except for that one crack at the beginning, the rest was ok.

SO- tell me what you think, eh?

I'm not too familiar with this song (sadly), but I recently took a master class with a broadway veteran. As part of the lesson, we listened to a few college students that were finalists in a huge vocal competition at a nearby performing arts center, and then she critiqued/complimented them. One girl sang this song (it was the first time I had heard it), and I loved it!

I was reading the harsh comments that some people made on YouTube - don't listen to them! Although you didn't belt full out, you don't have to! You did an excellent job, and they way you performed it was totally your own! Bravo! My Name Is: Lisa! And I'm fifteen!
