holiday concert - 2006/11/12 01:28
for the past 3 years, i've done a holiday concert with some local ct people. the concert is to benefit one of the nj theatre groups. we do lots of different music from traditional holiday to gospel to pop to classical to baroque, etc, etc... this year i am teaching one of the songs (lauridsen's o magnum mysterium). i'm a little nervous. don't know why since i have taught music before-- i've even md'd a show! oh, well. maybe it's just excitement! i'm in charge of tomorrow's rehearsal. i can't wait!
