"A Christmas Carol" Photos - 2007/12/23 11:47 For those of y'all who don't know, I've been playing Lily, Charitable Gentleman and Charwoman in "A Christmas Carol". It's been going great. We've only got one show left and I swear I'm gonna cry for hours when it ends. It's one of the best shows I've ever been in. They posted the photos yesterday and they look awesome. I'm the one in the blue and green plaid skirt/cape/bonnet outfit when I'm Charitable and as Lily (Fred's wife) I wear the orange and black lace dress. It's a little skanky I know, I'm not quite sure what the costumer was thinking. But whatever, it's still pretty. When I'm Charwoman I'm in a mask and cape so you can't tell it's me. Btw, I know I'm slouching in the photos, it's a bad habit that I'm trying to get rid of but I have shoulder problem that makes it kind of hard. How I manage to slouch in a corset I'll never know. Here's the link -Georgia

Upcoming Auditions: West Side Story
Current Show: none-I'm dying!
Recent Shows: Carousel - Principal Dancer, Ensemble, A Christmas Carol - Lily, Charwoman, Charitable Gentleman, Principal Dancer, Ensemble; Rootabaga Stories-multiple roles; Joseph... Dreamcoat -Wives Chorus

Re:"A Christmas Carol" Photos - 2007/12/23 12:26 The show looks great! It also looks like everyone was having fun doing it. I wish I could dance well so that I could be part of a show like this one. ~Annie

- Currently in rehearsals for my theatre company's Showcase, performing "There's a Fine, Fine, Line" from Avenue Q, the only appropriate song that I could do!

Re:"A Christmas Carol" Photos - 2007/12/28 20:42 It was an adaptation originally produced by Dallas Theatre Center. It's really great and uses a lot of the original text from the book that most people tend to throw out. -Georgia

Re:"A Christmas Carol" Photos - 2008/01/05 18:28 That is a rocking set and it is lit well. Everyone looks very authentic in the costumes (skanky?). I just wish I could have seen it!!!

Re:"A Christmas Carol" Photos - 2008/02/07 15:43 That looks great! I'm Belinda in it every year at the professional theatre near where I live. I've been Belinda 4 years in a row (I'm just known as Belinda there now, not Hannah) We do ours very differently, we have a much more sparse set. It's adapted directly from the book, with very little changes. On my profile you can see the ensemble in our costumes. My dress one year was actually from the 1800's. It was so cool! <3
