Funny Plays, Anyone? - 2008/04/12 21:56 Each year, my high school has a "Tournament of Plays" where each grade puts on a play - always hilarious. except this last, one guy suggested a play, and it turned out the play wasn't too good (or as good as the three others). so i was wondering if anybody knows of a play (around 20-ish people) that is flat-out hilarious. also, if it was somewhat kid friendly, because it IS a family event... but not completely. also, mostly girls... we have, like five or six-ish guys, and around twelve-ish girls... i don't know the exact number of people doing, because each year it changes... but something aroung twenty people and something hilarious. if you know anything, PLEASE POST!!! ~ Kaitlin ~ Always Rockin The Boat ~

Favorite Shows: Young Frankenstein, Curtains, Little Shop of Horrors, The Producers
Dream Roles that I have NO CHANCE of Getting Because of Something i Have no control over: Ulla from the Producers or Inga from Young Frankenstein (neither tall nor blonde - such a shame too, because this is one of my favorite "character roles" to play), Igor from Young Frankenstein (i'm no man, no matter how many times i play one), Gary Coleman from Avenue Q (skin color)
SEEING ON MARCH 29TH ON BROADWAY - YOUNG FRANKENSTEIN

Re:Funny Plays, Anyone? - 2008/04/13 00:05 Well, I think it might have more boys than girls, but there are a few parts that you can change to a girl.

It is called On the Razzle and if you have people with very good comedic timing, it can be extremely hilarious!

Peace!
Sarah

- Currently in rehearsals for my theatre company's Showcase, performing "There's a Fine, Fine, Line" from Avenue Q, the only appropriate song from the show that I could do!
