I was just in it!  Anyways the style is Operetta and it is a about Fredric who is a pirate apprentance (sp?), it is his 21st birthday, so he is allowed to leave piracy. After he leaves he sees the major general's daughters and wants one of them to marry him, Mabel comes forward and they fall in love. The other pirates then see the other daughters and want to wed them (against their will), so then the Major General pursades them not to because "he is an orphan boy" and they are the only things he has left (which is all a lie), since all the pirates are orphans themselves they feel bad for him and do not take his daughters.
Mabel and Fredric are now engaged to be married and all is well, until the pirates find "a curious paradox", that says that Fredric was allowed to leave piracy on his 21st birthday, Fredric was born on a leap year, so that makes him actually 5 and a quarter! Because Fredric is a "Slave to duty" he joins the pirates once more and tells the pirates the major general lied to them about being an orphan. The pirates then capture the major general and a fight between the pirates and police break out, the police then charge the pirates to yield "in Queen Victoria's name", the pirates yield at once because "with all their hearts they love their Queen". All is well and the Fredric and Mabel marry, along with Mabel's sister and the pirates.

Favorite Musical: PHANTOM OF THE OPERA!!!!!!! As for more "happy" musicals i like BATB and Music Man (and lots of others, that i can't think of right now!)
