helps vs. hurts - 2008/01/27 02:22 don't eat chocolate before you sing, it ruins your voice.
do eat chocolate, it sooths your voice.

Fast food helps singing because of the greese
fast food is terrible for the voice.

don't drink coffee or milk before you sing
coffee is hot, therefore soothing for the voice.

can someone tell me which of these myths (plus others if you know more) are true and which aren't?

ccccconfusing i have to know if i can be astonishing!
