Hey all you theater geeks, freaks, and lovers,
Why I am making this post I really have no clue. No one will respond to it, some will view it, and other will ignore it all together. But let's face it, if new members don't do posts like this then how would we ever get ahead in this world. Anyway, nice to meet all of you. My name is Cory Damone "The Dude" "Latino Heat" Enriquez. I found this site while searching for a monolouge from The Fantasticks, my favorite musical ever! Couldn't find it but I found this site instead.
Good times I had while searching this site. I particularly loved the section of over sung songs/ musicals. Yeah, I definatly have to go with the whole hating Les Mis as an audtion selection. No dig at all on the musical, I love it. I was in it. I had a good time. But if I hear "On My Own" one more time, I will have to stop an audtion "On My Own".
But, I do have an audtion today, so I am pretty excited for that and hope that fate is on my side. So if anyone has ne suggestions for a good monolouge contrasting to a Shakespearian monolouge out of "The Scotish Play" (though I don't believe in the superstition I will not call it by it's name out of respect for other who do) let me know.
Also if anyone would like to know a little bit more about "The Dude" let me know. I would love to chat with anyone here. Pick my mind and I will pick back. Hope to hear from people!
