Show Blooper Post!!! - 2008/01/21 18:52 Here' s a place to put your most covented show bloopers! Anything goes!

To get things rolling, here's one from yours truly!

My school did a production on 101 Dalmatians for our spring musical. We had an extremely small budget, so a local mom built a small set that you could just flip over the curtain that hung over the 2x4s to get from scene to scene. Well, as the scene change happened, one of the sets started to fall! The one lady working on that side of the stage tried to hold it up, but then the other side of the set started to fall! So the lady working on the OTHER side of the stage sprints across the stage in an attempt to hold it up! Then a dad working on the other side of the stage took out his pocket knife and stabbed it to the wall! Of course, I was backstage and I looked over just in time to see the dad holding his pocket knife in a stabbing position! I thought there was going to be a murder backstage! But, the show went on, and everything was well with a pocket knife in a 2x4!

Re:Show Blooper Post!!! - 2008/01/24 21:05 It was closing night(Okay, there were only 3 performances, Two on 'opening night' and one on 'closing night', but still.) of The Bard Is Back and I don't know who (accidentially, of course) was lazier, the stage crew or all of us actors.(Don't mean to sound concieted, I was doing it too!) We had a white board backstage that we normally drew on when we were bored.. Today, we counted the messups in the show... 9, I think was our final tally. It was pretty funny. The wrong song started playing once, we completely skipped a section in the script, messed up our lyrics, didn't have the props we needed, etc.. Current Roles:
Golde 1 in FotR
Pepper in Annie
