a chorus line - 2008/01/21 03:21
i live in a small town and a company is putting on "a chorus line" this town is NOT known for doing such intence shows. i'm a strong singer/actress and i've sang "nothing" for competitions many times. one problem, dancing is not my strong point. other than some dance when i was little, ballroom dancing, and basic musical theatre experience, i'm not a strong dancer. I do learn quickly and try hard.
normaly, i wouldn't audition for a show so strong in dance, becasue i'm not great. but i've always wanted to play moralis. because i live in a small town, i doubt there will be millions of AMAZING dancers trying out, so maybe singing/acting will balence it out. i'm wondering if i should just audition, try my best, and possibly embarrace myself, or just not audition.
advice?
i have to know if i can be astonishing! |
