And with the vocal fatigue? Green tea with honey and lemon. During Secret Garden (I was the only first soprano for most of the songs, often hitting high B's alone), I would drink a cup of said tea at home, then stick another tea bag into my water bottle for before the show. I was amazing, if I do say so myself...
