The only things I really must always have is Bobby Pins and Safety Pins, because our theatre, no matter how many packages we buy, never has any sitting around to use.

Re:The Theatre Performer's Essentials - 2008/04/20 11:59Ooh, definitely hairspray. In a hidden spot where no one else will find it. It's the only thing I don't like to share, because it gets used up so fast and then you don't have any when you really need it.- Caitlin / Cait -

I also carry around a mint can with everything from Tylenol to Benadryl to Heavy Duty Pain meds because you never know whats going to happen. (I broke my baby toe in between shows for B&B and out beast sprained his ankle, yay pain meds)
Also Vodka. If you put it in a spray bottle and spray it on costumes it gets the smell out. (especially good for long runs)Auditioning For- Bye Bye Birdie (Hoping for Kim for Ursula)
