more advice needed... - 2008/01/06 13:43 in march, i will be performing in a one night only cabaret (separate from Cabaret). the theme is "Once Upon a Time"-- musicals based on fairy tales and works of fiction. originally i was thinking of doing "A Change in Me" from BATB but i am open to suggestions if anyone wants to help me chose from the following list. as long as there is sheet music or a karaoke track, i will be more than willing to try! (i like these cabarets b/c they are good for repertoire building....)

mandatory group numbers are:

Re:more advice needed... - 2008/01/08 09:31 Out of the above listed shows that you could do solos from, maybe you could look at "All for Laura" from The Woman in White, "Life of the Party" from the Wild Party (Lippa), "Astonishing" from Little Women or something from Jane Eyre. I am sure there are about a hundred other choices from that list, but those are the ones that stuck out to me. Are you looking for an uptempo or ballad?
